1st recipe:
Needed ingredients:
- -500 milliliters of water;
- -50 yogurt;
- -Three bags of black tea;
- -1 tsp. of cinnamon;
- -1 tsp. of ginger;
- -1 tsp. of honey;
- -1 tsp. of curry;
Bring the water to boil and add the ingredients except the yogurt. Leave it to cool down and strain it. Then mix it with the yogurt. Consume it instead of dinner and do not consume anything else for the night. Only water is allowed.
2nd recipe:
Needed ingredients:
- -80 milliliters of water;
- -170 milliliters of milk;
- -1 tsp. of ginger;
- -1 tsp. of cinnamon;
- -1 tsp. of curry;
Put the spices in the hot water and add the milk later. You should stir it until you get smooth liquid. Consume it before going to bed.
You should be aware that these drinks aren�t recommended for people who suffer from kidney and digestive issues and pregnant women.
