The main ingredient in this recipe is the garlic, the healthiest small food in the world.
The raw garlic si used every where for many recipes and in tradition was also used for curing and medicine; low pressure, hypertension, cholesterol, heart attack, inherited cholesterol, bad blood flow and heart disease.

FOR THE RECIPE, YOU NEED:
- 5 oz garlic
- 7 oz 95% alcohol or rum
- (this is enough for doses for 12 days)
METHOD:
Peel the garlic and mash it. Then add alcohol and put this mix in a glass bottle. Leave it in this for 10 days and strain it after that. Store in refrigerator.
USAGE:
Add just 1 drop of this in a glass of water. Have this water before breakfast and lunch and at night add 2-3 drops, before the dinner.
